Digital Products

Because of the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable products are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and access to the file has been provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Printable puzzle packs

  • Digital activity books

  • Downloadable planners or journals

  • PDF files

  • Digital worksheets

  • Other downloadable North Pine Publishing products

Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

If you experience a technical problem with a file, such as receiving a corrupted file, being unable to access your download, or receiving the wrong product, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and provide the product you purchased.

Printed Books Purchased Through Amazon

North Pine Publishing printed books are currently sold and fulfilled through Amazon.

Any purchases made on Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own payment, shipping, return, and refund policies.

North Pine Publishing does not process Amazon orders, returns, exchanges, or refunds directly.

If you experience an issue with an Amazon order, please contact Amazon customer service through your Amazon account.

Accidental or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same direct purchase from North Pine Publishing, please contact us so we can review the transaction.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for direct digital purchases because a customer:

  • Changed their mind

  • No longer wants the product

  • Purchased the wrong product

  • Did not read the product description

  • Expected different content when the product was accurately described

  • Has already downloaded or accessed the product

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
